OUR NEEDS

The village school has four classrooms, and the classroom where the church
meets every week was designed to
sit 40 children and therefore the classroom has become too small
for the church to hold their meetings in.

Because of this we approached the village leaders with the view
of securing land on which to build a structure for the church.
The village has allocated the church a piece of land free of
charge as a gesture of appreciation of the good the church is
doing in the community.

The church needs help with Bibles that will be used during church services.
|
|
I was looking at introducing a community garden where the church will
do vegetable farming.
|
|
In the short term, we are looking for funds to buy a big 200 seater
tent and set it up at the site that we have been allocated by the
village leaders. We are therefore looking for U.S.$2500 to buy a
15metres × 7,5metres tent and a further U.S.$840 to buy 140 chairs
as we have 60 chairs at present.

We are hoping to officially move the church to its own site on the
10th of August 2016.
|
|
In the long term, we are looking to construct our own church
building once the funds are available.
