School House

On one of my outreach missions in Africa I came to a village called
Mbembesi which is about 113km from Zimbabwe's second largest
city of Bulawayo.
I learned from the villagers that the whole community had another
major problem with child pregnancies and substance abuse.
Girls as young as 13 are being taken advantage of because of
poverty and this has caused many of them to drop out of school.
I spoke to many of the teenage mothers while i was there.
On the 24th of December 2015, I organised a prayer meeting
and many of the villagers accepted the Lord Jesus Christ
and became Christians.
I rented a classroom in the local primary school so that
they could hold weekly fellowship meetings. I also organised
with other preachers and motivational speakers from other parts of the
country to be visiting the villagers every week.
We named the church Bethesda Christian Centre.
